Policy

Sessions are generally 50 minutes long, although first sessions and couples sessions are often 90 minutes.   Typically we will meet once per week, although in certain instances, we may agree for you to come more or less often.   I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning you will be asked to cover any sessions that were not cancelled before the 48-hour window.  I accept cash and check, which you can give to me at the beginning of every session.  I am not on any insurance panels, but will gladly give you the paperwork to submit to your insurance company.  Oftentimes, insurance policies do cover some portion of behavioral health out-of-network providers.
